If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, EasyBet reserves the right to close that account at any time. A copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license may be requested for KYC verification.

EasyBet supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT)
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT)
• Maximum daily withdrawal limits are determined by your account level
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours
• KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal
• The deposit and withdrawal method must match (e.g., if you deposited via bKash, withdrawals must also be made through bKash)

EasyBet does not charge any service fees on transactions. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, for which EasyBet bears no responsibility.

To withdraw a balance that includes bonus funds, the wagering requirement for that bonus must be fully met. See Section 04 for details.

EasyBet's bonus and promotion offers are designed to make your gaming experience more enjoyable. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated at registration or on the bonus page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once, on their first deposit
• Wagering requirements for each bonus typically range from 10x to 30x
• Not all games are eligible for bonus funds — the list of qualifying games is available on the promotions page
• Each bonus has a fixed claim window — bonuses will be forfeited once the deadline passes
• Voucher codes can only be used once and cannot be shared with others
• EasyBet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

• If a technical error is detected in a game, the result of that round may be voided

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system
• Illegally colluding with other players
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to EasyBet systems
• Opening an account using a false identity or forged documents
• Using the platform for criminal purposes or money laundering
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behavior

EasyBet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information
• Suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity
• Upon your own request (self-exclusion)
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

You may also request to close your account at any time. In such cases, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance (excluding bonuses).

A maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts on a monthly basis. You will be notified in advance by email.

• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses caused by issues with your device or software
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

EasyBet reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, the following process will be followed:

• Minor updates will be notified via a notice on the website
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms
• If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request to close your account
